Welcome to SaveTrip ("we," "us," or "our"). SaveTrip is a technology platform operated by Divij Ventures that facilitates communication and coordination between bus operators, passengers, and drivers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Important: SaveTrip is a facilitating platform only. We do not own, operate, or provide any transportation services. All travel services are provided by independent bus operators.

2. Service Description

SaveTrip provides a technology platform that:

• Enables communication between passengers, drivers, and bus operators
• Facilitates trip management and coordination
• Provides information about travel bookings made with bus operators
• Assists in managing customer feedback and ratings

We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actual transportation services.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 No Transportation Services: SaveTrip does not provide, own, or operate any buses or transportation services. All transportation services are provided by independent third-party bus operators.

3.2 Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveTrip and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any delays, cancellations, or changes to travel schedules by bus operators
• Any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel
• Quality, safety, or condition of transportation services provided by operators
• Actions or omissions of bus operators, drivers, or other passengers
• Loss of personal belongings during travel
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

3.3 Platform Availability: We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses due to platform downtime or technical issues.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of SaveTrip, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse or abuse the platform or services
• Verify all travel details directly with the bus operator
• Arrive at boarding points on time as specified by the operator

5. Bookings and Payments

5.1 Booking Process: When you make a booking through our platform, you are entering into a contract directly with the bus operator, not with SaveTrip.

5.2 Payment Terms: All payments are processed on behalf of bus operators. SaveTrip acts only as a payment facilitator.

5.3 Booking Confirmation: It is your responsibility to verify booking details, including departure times, pickup locations, and seat assignments.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual bus operators. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of SaveTrip is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the SaveTrip platform are owned by Divij Ventures and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Direct Resolution: Any disputes regarding travel services should be resolved directly with the bus operator.

9.3 Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of SaveTrip after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SaveTrip at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
